Yes, all our products are made-to-measure according to your window dimensions. Please Ensure you give 5" Extra in Length and in Width So that the natural light doesn't seeps in and Inform us the same.
Yes, we offer matching fabrics for Roman shades, blinds, cushions, and upholstery. You can choose from our collection or provide your own fabric.
Yes, we provide fabric swatches for all collections. A nominal shipping fee applies.
Absolutely! You can select different fabrics for curtains, cushions, and upholstery to match your interiors.
We strive for accurate representation, but slight variations due to monitor settings may occur. Swatches are the best way to confirm color.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard curtains, blinds, and fabrics are dispatched within 1-2 weeks. Fabric samples are delivered within 7 days.

Yes, we deliver pan-India. Delivery is free for all standard products.
No, we require a non-PO delivery address for all orders.
Yes, once dispatched, a tracking number is shared via email/SMS.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to fabric availability or courier issues. We will notify you immediately and provide an estimated delivery update.
FedEx leaves parcels at your doorstep with photographic proof; DHL requires a signature. If delivery fails thrice, the package is returned to us, and re-shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Since most items are custom-made, returns/exchanges are not accepted.
Orders can be canceled before production starts ( Within30 Mins from the Time of Confirmed ORder With Payment. Once the item is processed ready, cancellation Not Possible.
If measurements don’t match your specifications by more than 0.5 inches, we will replace or restitch the item at no cost after verification.
If damaged in transit, we offer a 60% refund on the product price. Shipping and administrative costs (40%) are non-refundable
We only process fresh orders based on given measurements and the time of delivery is minimum 6 working days for blinds and 7-10 working days for Roman Blinds and Curtains. Its not possible to Rush And prepare orders as we work on QC on every stages.

Care & Maintenance
Refer to the care instructions provided with your product. Most fabrics are machine washable on gentle settings or dry clean only, depending on the material.
Yes, iron on low to medium heat. Avoid ironing over trims, embroidery, or delicate embellishments.

Earlier, we offered in-home consultations by visiting with sample books and collections. However, since it’s not possible to carry our entire boutique collection during visits, we now offer complete online e-catalogs so customers can explore every product comfortably from home.
For interior consultation, we do offer on-site visits for brand-new villas or projects. The fee for this service is ₹5,000 per visit to make prior appointment ( This is Non Refundable , as we block the dates and time), limited to one session (minimum 2 hours).
