At Sanjar Furnishings, every curtain, blind, and furnishing item is made to order, crafted exclusively for you with utmost care and attention. Since all our products are custom-stitched to your selected sizes, fabrics, and finishes, we follow a clear and fair policy outlined below.
Returns & Exchanges
As our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed, cut, or stitched — except in the rare case of:
Wrong item received
Fabric or size mismatch (different from what was ordered)
Damaged product on arrival
If you face any such issue, please contact us within 3 hours of delivery at 📧 support@sanjarfurnishings.com, along with:
Clear photos of the product
Order number and brief description of the issue
Our quality team will assess the situation and arrange a replacement, alteration, or partial refund, depending on the nature of the concern.
We take great pride in our craftsmanship, and such cases are very rare — but rest assured, every genuine concern is handled with care and fairness.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. However, since production starts within hours of receiving your order and involves fabric cutting and stitching, we can accept cancellations only within1-3 hours of placing the order.
After that, cancellation is not possible as the order enters the production queue.
To cancel within this time window, please WhastsAPP and Call on +918095519405 /email us immediately at support@sanjarfurnishings.com with your Order ID.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Approved refunds (in case of damaged or incorrect items) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Please note, banking delays may apply based on your provider.
Shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Incorrect Address or Missed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we will notify you.
In such cases:
Re-shipping charges will apply to resend the parcel.
Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Color Variations
Please note that minor color differences may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, and fabric dye variations.
Such small variations are natural and are not considered defects or grounds for return/refund.
Damage in Transit
All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
In case your parcel arrives damaged, please:
Take clear photos/videos of the package and product immediately on receipt.
Email us within 1-3 hours of delivery.
We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the matter and provide a suitable replacement where applicable.
Order Modifications
Once fabric has been cut or stitching has started, modifications (such as size, lining, or fabric change) cannot be accommodated.
Please ensure all order details are reviewed before final checkout.
