Order & Shipping Confirmation

Once payment for your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing your purchase details.
We request you to carefully review all information in the confirmation. In case of any errors or changes, please contact us immediately.

Please note, processing starts within 1-2 hours of receiving an order, and once the fabric is cut or tailoring begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Once your order is ready and handed over to our courier partner (such as DTDC, Bluedart, or Delhivery), you will receive a dispatch notification with a tracking number so you can easily monitor the delivery progress online.

 

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer Free shipping across India on all standard products ( Fabrics, Wallpapers) and custom made curtain orders.

Fabric samples or swatches, if ordered individually, may incur a nominal delivery fee to cover logistics costs.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

Our handcrafted curtains and furnishings are custom-made with care.
Estimated dispatch timelines are as follows:

  • Curtains, Roman Blinds, Valances, and Linen Products:
    Typically dispatched within 1–2 weeks from the date of order.

  • Fabric Swatches & Fabrics by Meter:
    Dispatched within 7–10 working days.

If there is a delay due to fabric unavailability, logistics issues, or courier delays, our team will notify you promptly.

Delivery Partners

We primarily ship through DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, and other reputed courier partners depending on your pin code.
Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure that you provide a complete, non-PO Box address and a working phone number to assist smooth delivery.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will usually attempt delivery two more times before returning the parcel to us.
In case of returned shipments due to repeated missed deliveries or incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

Pan-India Delivery & International Orders

We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India with free shipping.
For international orders, shipping charges are applicable and timelines may vary based on destination.
