Color Variations
Please note that minor color differences may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, and fabric dye variations.
Such small variations are natural and are not considered defects or grounds for return/refund.
Orders, Returns & Cancellations
Custom Orders
All our curtains, blinds, upholstery, and fabrics are custom-made to your specifications. Once an order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only within 6 hours of placement, before production starts.

After production begins, cancellation is not possible. Refunds are available only for orders not yet processed.
Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns except in the rare case of:

Wrong item delivered

Faulty stitching or manufacturing defects

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos before arranging a replacement.
Color Variations

Fabric colors may slightly vary due to screen display and lighting.

Minor variations do not qualify for return or refund.
Margin of Error

Handcrafted products may have up to 1.3 cm (0.5 inch) deviation.

This is standard industry practice and not a defect.
Delivery Issues

Customers must provide correct delivery addresses.

Packages returned due to non-availability or wrong address cannot be refunded; re-shipping charges apply.
Payment & Pricing

Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST.

We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Payment is required before production starts.

Free shipping applies for all orders unless otherwise mentioned.

Delivery timelines are approximate; slight delays may occur during peak seasons.
Product Use & Liability

We are not liable for damage due to misuse, improper handling, or natural wear and tear.

All products are “as is”; minor manufacturing marks or wrinkles during transit are normal and not defects.
