I was told to take an appointment. I was pissed why would one need to take an appointment, and visited another branded store near by. While everything else was good in this store, I was misguided wrt to the amount material/cloth required and the right type of product - which made the overall cost way beyond our budget, which I had hesitantly accepted and paid token. The following day, got a call about earlier mis-calculation in cost and got another quote with 5k added. So I decided to cancel the order. Later visited Sanjar (after taking appointment :D) - and had a fabulous experience. Mr. Sohail had done a great deal of homework, looking at the images we had sent, and recommended the right color and material. Surprisingly the material required was lesser, for the same pattern we wanted and overall cost came down lesser than the first store's quote. Also, understood the importance of appointment/undivided attention required during the whole selection process. Finally we had a nice set of curtains for our new house and the overall experience was very professional. Thanks to Sanjar!
